13 Mar A Snowy Winter Edmonton Wedding | NAIT Wedding Photos
The whole city was on a snow storm alert. The church ladies hustled and bustled, dishing out decadent desserts and sweet red punch. The kiddos wove in and out of the crowd – twirling, letting loose as they do and getting dirty despite wearing their best. Family and friends pitched in, shared stories, laughed and were brought together. Memories were created and a sense of togetherness, community was kindled. It wasn’t about the dress, the shoes, the decor, the music, the gifts, the venue or the menu. For Christine and Nathan, it was about bringing together people. It was all about the people.
It’s easy to get swept away by the millions of details it takes to plan a wedding, but this pair was able to keep their sights set on what really mattered. They surrounded themselves with people they cherish the most and planned their day by spending time with their people. And this is truly what makes them such a great match – their common value of caring for others. Yes, they balance each other out and make each other laugh, but it is really their reliance on God and their love for others that make them so, so good for each other. And as they spoke their vows and commitment to each other, we couldn’t help but cry along with them.
What a beautiful day for our beautiful friends. We are so glad to call you friends and that we were able to capture this day for you. Joy truly fills our hearts and we are so happy that you found each other. Enjoy this photo story of their day.
Love wins, Gray.
